Advocate Moshe Kahn
The founder of the firm, Adv. Moshe Kahn has more than twenty years of expertise as a business lawyer providing legal counseling and representation to local and foreign companies, including leading multinationals operating in Israel, in a wide range of industries and in various matters including: complex commercial, M&A and cross-border transactions, as well as real estate transactions, investments in hi-tech companies, and representation of clients in commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Kahn is a member of both the Israel and New York Bars.
Mr. Kahn?s vast experience in business law has seen his appointment to a number of Boards of Directors of companies in various industries and as a member of the expert team at Think Excellence Ltd. (Think Excellence), a company providing multi-disciplinary assessments for investors.
Mr. Kahn serves as a member of the Israel Bar Association's Corporate and Capital Markets committee, and served as deputy chairman of the Israel Bar Association?s Hi-Tech committee and the Real-Estate committee from 2004 to 2007. He is the founder and editor of Business Law, providing industry information and analysis for clients and colleagues.
He also founded the Center for Mediation of Conflicts between Lawyers, of the Israel Bar Association?s National Mediation Institution.
Mr. Kahn?s legal career began in the law offices of Gornitzky & Co, and M. Seligman & Co, in Israel, and at Rosenman & Colin (currently known as Katten Muchin Rosenman) in New York.
Mr. Kahn manages an internet forum on corporate law on the Lawforums website.
He has an LLB degree from Bar Ilan University in Israel, and is fluent in both Hebrew and English.
Advocate Beeri Raz
Mr. Raz specializes in corporate and commercial law.
Mr. Raz had over 9 years of experience in most areas of business law. Among other things he advises clients on venture capital financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, strategic alliances structuring, joint ventures, distribution agreements, intellectual property licensing, material transfer agreements, clinical research agreements, and other business issues.
Mr. Raz joined Moshe Kahn Advocates as an associate in 2009. Before joining our firm, he worked for sevral leading Israeli law firms.
Mr. Raz holds an LL.B degree from Brunel University in London (2000) and an LL.M degree from Tel Aviv University in collaboration with University of California, Berkeley (2007). He is a member of the Israel and New York Bars.
Mr. Raz is fluent in Hebrew, English and Russian.
Advocate Moshe Dor
Mr. Dor specializes in general commercial practice and commercial litigation, as well as corporate and real-estate law.
He is an experienced trial lawyer and represents the firm's clients in commercial litigation and also in real-estate transactions. In addition, Adv. Dor provides legal counseling and representation to the firm's local and foreign clients with respect to corporate matters.
Mr. Dor has an LLB and LLM (joint program) from Bar Ilan University in Israel and is fluent in Hebrew and English.
Advocate Uri Milshtein
Mr. Milshtein specializes in corporate and commercial law. He is engaged in providing legal opinions involving commercial and venture capital transactions as well as providing ongoing legal advice to our corporate clients, including Startups and Hi-Tech companies.
Mr . Milshtein holds LLB and B.A (Economics) degrees, as well as an LL.M degree, all from the Haifa University. During his studies, Mr. Milshtein served as an editorial staff member of the "Din Udvarim" Law Review of the Haifa University's Faculty of Law.
Mr. Milshtein is fluent in Hebrew, English and Russian.
Advocate Rinat Solimany
Ms. Rinat Solimany holds LLB and LLM degrees from the Haifa University specializing in Health Law. Ms. Solimany is experienced in many fields of civil law, personal damages and property law.
